Initial discussion
you explain the situation and provide the relevant documents (contracts, plans, photographs, correspondence).

Site visit
observations, measurements and photographs, using suitable equipment (thermal imaging camera, moisture meter, laser measuring equipment, crack gauge).

Analysis
investigation of the causes, rather than just the symptoms, based on the observations and documents.

Report
your observations, the causes identified and the possible solutions, with cost estimates if necessary.
