Project managed by PGR Habitat on behalf of a developer. In the heart of a peaceful residential neighbourhood in Luxembourg, in immediate proximity to the forest, the motorway and all amenities, we are managing this project which involves the construction of two semi-detached two-family houses, offering properties from 100 to 140 m².

In partnership with a developer, we provide a complete project management service, including technical studies, drafting of specifications, relations with authorities, consultation and negotiation with contractors, as well as the supervision of the execution once the units are sold.

PGR Habitat also supports the developer in their relations with the buyers of each unit, ensuring a smooth and professional connection throughout the process, from technical choices to delivery.
