Complete fitting out of an artisanal unit – Luxembourg

PGR Habitat is supporting its client with the complete fit-out of a 550 m² artisan unit in Luxembourg. Starting from a raw shell, our mission covers all the technical and architectural services required for the transformation into a fully operational space.

The project includes the installation of all special technical systems: sprinklers, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electricity, fire detection, as well as complete interior finishes (partitions, painting, screeds, floor coverings).

In order to meet a tight execution schedule of 4 months, in-depth study work was carried out upstream to secure the quality and speed of the on-site intervention. PGR Habitat also handled all administrative procedures, including obtaining the commodo-incommodo permit and regulatory authorizations.

In close collaboration with the client's interior architect, our team provided its technical perspective on the layout, to ensure consistency between technical constraints, aesthetics, and the functionality of the space.
