Luxembourg – High-end exterior design of a villa: between technical expertise and bespoke aesthetics

In Luxembourg, we had the privilege of managing an exceptional exterior design project around a prestigious villa, where every detail was precisely conceived to combine aesthetics, durability and perfect integration with the existing architecture.

This project, of great finesse in its execution, required significant preliminary study to meet a particularly high standard. To successfully complete each stage, we collaborated with specialist companies selected for this level of requirement.

Among the key technical elements, a rainwater harvesting tank with a useful capacity of 100 m³ was installed, feeding the entire garden irrigation system in an autonomous and sustainable manner. This commitment to responsible resource management is fully in line with our vision of landscaping that is both intelligent and environmentally friendly.

The heart of the garden was enhanced by a reflecting pool punctuated by carefully placed Japanese stepping stones, creating an effect of lightness and flotation, in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape. A contemporary fountain completes this composition, bringing a gentle and soothing movement to the whole.

A unique fire ring area was also designed, integrating a fire pit and a lacquered aluminium bench embedded in the ground, all bespoke, offering a refined and intimate space for socialising, which is both aesthetic and functional.

All the surrounding areas received a bespoke treatment: garage and pedestrian entrances, perimeter pathways, metalwork elements incorporating recessed planters at the front and rear of the house, as well as numerous decorative metalwork interventions to elegantly and subtly dress the different zones of the garden.

This project reflects our approach: bespoke exteriors with high added value, managed in a constant dialogue between technique, aesthetics and quality of execution.
