Luxembourg: Exterior renovation of a residence in an occupied urban environment

In Luxembourg, this residence benefited from a complete upgrade of its exterior elements, carried out with particular attention to coordination, planning and the constraints of an urban construction site.

The balcony coverings were demolished, the waterproofing completely redone and the floor coverings replaced, for a lasting technical and aesthetic restoration. The railings and rainwater drainage systems were also entirely replaced.

The rear and side facades of the building were completely redone, with careful treatment of the envelope. A restoration of the facade of the garages located opposite the residence completed the intervention, ensuring overall visual consistency.

Restricted access, nuisances to be limited, residents present throughout the works: this project required rigorous logistics and an organisation closely aligned with the daily lives of the occupants.
