Renovation of the facades of a residence in Luxembourg

Rehabilitation of façades and improvement of building performance.

Our mission focused on the partial renovation of a residence, with a complete intervention on the four façades of the building. The balconies and loggias were demolished and then rebuilt, including waterproofing, floor coverings, railings and metalwork.

On the roof, moss removal and restoration were carried out, and the existing roof windows were replaced with more efficient models.

This project illustrates our ability to manage technical renovation operations, with rigorous monitoring of each stage, from the study through to the handover of the works.
