Takeover of a construction site for 4 apartments in Luxembourg
Luxembourg – Residence of 4 apartments in a village steeped in history: between heritage and technical mastery
In Luxembourg, in a village steeped in history, we took over the complete coordination of a residential project of four apartments, located in an old building, emblematic of its village and today classified as local heritage.
This project represented a real management challenge: following the bankruptcy filing of the main contractor initially in charge of the site, we were asked to take over the reins of a project that was already behind schedule and in a state of advanced deadlock. It was then necessary to react with the greatest rigour, by conducting a complete and urgent technical analysis of the situation: state of progress, critical points, non-conformities and all the work to be finalised.
An express consultation phase was launched to select the right partners, restart orders, and organise the resumption of work within very tight deadlines. Despite this time pressure, our priority remained unchanged: a high level of execution, in compliance with the quality standards that build our reputation.
Beyond the technical aspects, this site also has a strong heritage dimension. This building, emblematic of its village, has been the subject of a delicate and respectful architectural treatment. We took care to preserve the authenticity and character of the original building, while subtly integrating contemporary elements: a play of materials, redesigned volumes, meticulous finishes.
The result is an intimate, harmonious residence, where the past meets the present. Between built heritage and modern comfort.
This project perfectly illustrates our ability to intervene on complex sites with high symbolic value, bringing responsiveness, precision, and total commitment to deliver realisations that live up to the premises and their history.
